Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to join us on a thrilling ghost hunt experience with Seeking Spirits! We’re excited to have you, but please take a moment to review our refund policy before booking.
1. Refund Eligibility:

IMPORTANT NOTE
When you make your seeking spirit ghost hunt booking, you need to do so in full confidence that you can attend the booked date. We cannot offer a refund or event transfer to you if you are no longer able to attend (for any reason whatever). By holding your place(s) you may have been displacing others from booking and attending the event.
2. Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that Seeking Spirits needs to cancel the event (due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other emergencies), we will attempt to provide an alternative date or transfer you to another event of your choice. Please note this will only apply if the event is cancelled.
3. No Refunds for Late Arrivals:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We cannot provide refunds for late arrivals or missed portions of the event.
